That depends on the unit and the work proposed. We need to confirm the relevant requirements and approvals before starting. Permission from building management alone may not be enough.
We discuss the rent, tenancy period and payment terms with you after assessing the unit, then put them in the agreement. You receive the agreed rent from UnitUp. Rent collected from subtenants is separate and does not determine the amount payable to you.
UnitUp handles subletting and day-to-day tenant matters within the agreed scope. The contract sets out which repairs each party is responsible for, who pays and how repairs will be handled.
